All prescription medications are issued only following a thorough online consultation reviewed by a qualified, registered prescriber. A valid prescription must be in place before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed.

Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If our prescribing team determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service to your confirmed UK address.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather conditions or carrier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a suitable safe location is provided. We cannot redeliver controlled or refrigerated medicines to an unattended address.
You may cancel your order before a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been issued and medication has been dispensed or dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund under pharmacy regulation and medicines legislation, as dispensed medicines cannot be returned to stock.
Refunds for declined consultations will be processed within 5–10 working days of the decision being communicated to you.
